Key Stage 2 Outcomes

The Rookeries is a high achieving school both locally and nationally.

We are very proud to say that in 2023 Key Stage 2 attainment and progress outcomes for our pupils were significantly above national.

We had incredibly high results in Year 6, the percentage of pupils who achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and maths is 85% and is in the top 1% of all schools nationally.

The average progress pupils made in writing, reading and mathematics between KS1 and KS2 are all significantly above the national average:

Average progress in reading: +8.0

Average progress in writing: +6.5

Average progress in mathematics: +5.6
